Blueberry Ice Cream


  • 300 g of clean blueberries
  • 250 g of sugar
  • 250 cc of water
  • 1 cup of lemon juice
  • 300 g of lightly whipped cream

  1. Separate some blueberries. The rest process / grind them.
  2. Prepare a syrup with water and sugar, let it boil only 2 minutes
  3. Remove, let cool. Then add the lemon and processed blueberries.
  4. Well mixed the ingredients, add the whipped cream and the pieces of reserved abadan.
  5. Put them in the freezer.
  6. In both cases leave until it takes the consistency of a classic ice cream. Keep cold medium, covered.
  7. If it is made in ice cream machine proceed in the same way, but the cream add it without beating.
